  • Weight Distribution Test: The distribution of weight on the body is vitally important to understand the root cause of an ailment. We will perform a weight distribution test and unveil any discrepancies.

Physical Examination:

  • Our osteopath will perform a physical examination to assess your posture, range of motion, joint mobility, and tissue health.

  • This may include hands-on palpation of your muscles, joints, and tissues and visual assessments of your posture and movement patterns.

Personalized Plan:

  • Based on the information gathered during the medical history and physical examination, our osteopath will develop a personalized care plan to address your specific needs and goals.

  • Care options may include hands-on manipulations, soft tissue work, exercises, and other techniques to help manage pain and improve your overall health and well-being.

  • Our osteopath will explain each step of the process and answer any questions you may have to ensure that you feel comfortable and informed about your care.
